Since its acquisition in 2025 by Mr. Edison Pjetraj (owner and managing director), IBH has been on a consistent growth path both in Switzerland and internationally. He has sharpened the strategic focus and developed IBH into a powerful partner for global real estate and investor projects.

I completed my entire education and professional training in Switzerland and discovered my passion for the construction and real estate industry early on.
A decisive step was my collaboration with Swisslake AG, where I gained comprehensive experience in construction and real estate management. International projects in Switzerland, Germany, France, and Spain significantly shaped my perspective on markets, structures, and opportunities.
Since 2020, I have been realizing my own construction and development projects, with quality, sustainability, and value creation at the center.
